Our story began in 2001 when our founder, Fiona Houslip, combined a passion for coaching and cultural change, delivering quantifiable business impact, with a profound belief that it’s simply not enough to offer learning interventions without understanding how to create genuine behavioural change.

 

Now operating on a global scale, our rate of growth has been entirely driven by the hard work and energy of our team and the results we deliver for our customers.

    A business psychologist with degrees in Economics & Psychology, Fiona has combined her life-long passion for understanding human behaviour with twenty years experience working with corporations to deliver commercially valuable insights.
